Preparing for your appointment:
- Please call our office to make an appointment at (843) 620-9460 or click here to book an appointment online.
- Our staff will prompt you with a history form to be completed online.
- Provide 2 photos of your pet’s enclosure and 1 photo of your pet.
- Secure your pet in a carrier or appropriate temporary enclosure for travel to the veterinary clinic.
- Bring along favorite treats, hides, and a stool sample.
